How Gifts Support The Mission

Donations help St. Jude Africa Children’s Foundation support vulnerable children and caregivers through medical care, rehabilitation, school support, nutrition, emergency response, outreach, caregiver support, and the administration needed to deliver care responsibly.

Records And Receipts

We keep donation and expense records so gifts can be acknowledged, reviewed, and connected to foundation work. Online donors usually receive confirmation through the payment processor or foundation communication. Donors can contact us if they need help finding a receipt or confirming a gift.

Restricted And Priority Gifts

When donors give toward a specific child, appeal, or priority, we make reasonable efforts to use the gift for that purpose. If the need changes, is fully funded, or cannot be carried out exactly as described, we may direct the gift to similar charitable work that serves children and families.

Payment Processing And Fees

Online donations may include payment processor fees, bank fees, currency conversion costs, platform charges, or transfer costs. We review donation tools with the goal of keeping giving simple, secure, and cost-conscious.

Reporting And Updates

We use stories, field updates, photos, videos, and reports to show the kind of work donors support. We are strengthening this reporting system so supporters can see not only individual stories, but also practical program activity and financial stewardship over time.

Where reports or public documents are available, we share them through the website or upon request. Financial reporting will continue to grow as the foundation’s systems grow.
