Stewardship Commitment

St. Jude Africa Children’s Foundation aims to use donated resources responsibly for the foundation’s charitable mission, including child health support, rehabilitation, education support, nutrition, emergency help, caregiver support, and related program operations.

Use Of Donations

Unless a gift is formally restricted and accepted for a specific purpose, donations may be used where the foundation determines the need is greatest within its mission. Restricted gifts should be tracked and used for their accepted purpose whenever possible.

Records And Reporting

The foundation should keep donation records, payment confirmations, receipts, program expense records, and financial reports according to applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Financial summaries, annual reports, or registration documents may be shared publicly or by request as they become available.

Donor Privacy In Transparency

Transparency does not require exposing private donor information. Donor names, addresses, and giving details should not be published without consent, except when disclosure is required by law.
