Our Commitment

St. Jude Africa Children’s Foundation treats donor names, contact details, donation history, and giving preferences as confidential information. Donor information is used to process gifts, provide receipts, communicate responsibly, and maintain required records.

Information We May Keep

  • Donor name and contact information.
  • Donation amount, date, frequency, and designation when provided.
  • Communication preferences and requests for anonymity.
  • Records needed for accounting, reporting, receipts, and compliance.

No Selling Or List Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or exchange donor personal information with other organizations. We do not send fundraising appeals on behalf of other organizations. Donor information may be shared only with service providers needed to process donations, send communications, maintain records, or comply with law.

Anonymous Giving

Donors may request that their public recognition be omitted or that a gift remain anonymous in public materials. We will make reasonable efforts to honor donor preferences while still keeping any records required for internal accounting and legal compliance.

Communications Choices

Donors may ask to update contact information, reduce communications, or opt out of non-essential updates by emailing stjudeafricacf@gmail.com.
